長いこと、アイドルを卒業するときに、これまでの生き方を自ら綴った本を作りたいと思っていました。乃木坂46からの『卒業』は私にとって、人生の大きな節目であると自覚していたからです。24年間で得たものを、一度ここに全て置いていきたい。人の目を気にしすぎる心で、どうしてアイドルという社会を9年間生き抜くことができたのか。何故、私はわたしなのか。この本が、生きづらい世の中で今日を生きるための休憩所に少しでもなれば嬉しいです。
