Refund Policy

Please refer to below in regards to our refund policy, but it is not limited to, if your case doesn't match below listed situation then please contact sales@chinaglobalmall.com

1. If you don’t receive the product then you will receive a full refund or choose to send you a new product.

2. If the product not as described you will receive a full refund or partial refund.

3. If you received wrong item then you could choose a refund or contact us to ship a new one.

4. If you received a defected/damaged product then you could choose a refund or ship you a new one. Please make sure that you open the package and check the product is in good condition before you accept the package, if the defected/damaged product reported after the package gets accepted or delivered then it can not be refunded.
